I'm guessing it was more about charging her $2 mil to put her money into CDs and money market funds :o

%wise it’s not terrible, and if he advised the son not to buy some uranium stock, I think he earned his keep, no?

Just goes to show how ridiculous the concept is of taking a % of assets under management is. Maybe this guy was doing her taxes too. I dunno.
