PG&E went bankrupt but what does that mean, the lights cant be shut off. And they get gov money to help the poor. Is that better than it being fully owned by the gov like most utilities

And should everything be that way, eg private DMV offices. NASA appears to have been outsourced to Musk

The healthcare "system" is private, and what fun to be navigate the trolls that control every bridge and road, that form into gangs, errr, networks, that fight with each other about how much you owe them.

A group of California lawmakers took a trip to Hawaii with utility companies last year as wildfires wreaked havoc in their state.

During the junket, representatives from utility companies discussed with lawmakers just how much responsibility they should bear for wildfires – even as Pacific Gas & Electric Co. (PG&E) could be on the hook for several billions of dollars in damages for fires it caused over the past few years.
Pierce the corporate veil! Go after the illegitimate accumulated profits built on pollution and monopoly (aka, theft) that the capital class have appropriated from the public.
