I'm a USN veteran who served as a quartermaster so I should probably know what a "following sea" is but I haven't the foggiest idea.
Unfortunately, what I do know is that most U.S. presidents in my lifetime have turned out to have been lying snakes in the grass when the truth finally came out. Seems to me like a qualification for the job.

Lying is a requirement for politics, people dont want to know the truth. ie some lies are for the greater good. Most arent.
What did Bush do wrong? He seems to have a good rep...or did we just not have Twitter back then
Seemed odd to destroy Sadams army but not change the regime

Following sea at the 20 second mark: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F3kImL2gDkI One of my favorite songs.
I think a following sea to a boat is like a tailwind to an airplane.
Truth: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9FnO3igOkOk One of my favorite actors.
DNA has its own language (code), and language requires intelligence. There is no known mechanism by which matter can give birth to information, let alone language. It is unreasonable to believe the world could have happened by chance.

As politicians go, Mr. Bush was one of the more decent ones. Memory eternal.

An interesting piece from, of all places, the New York Times, about the nature of aristocracy and how we may not be better off with the "elite WASPs" represented by Bush having self-destructed:
