Hi Sophie,
While this is a cash discussion, with the Perth Mint you can have the account set up so it requires a phone call and a security code to make any changes. All transactions are recorded via "old school" letters in the mail. Thats how everyone I know does it.

Or maybe I am too old :D

I just changed to a 13 digit highly random password for TD. All of this chatter makes me nervous.
