I remember when they erased my favorite Artie Lange podcasts. I spent countless hours trying to track one down for someone before realizing that it had been deleted.

As best as I can tell, every song in my music is still there and all my podcasts are ok - but I don't keep podcasts very long after listening to them - I use the Downcast app for podcasts.dualstow wrote:Nobody else?
I don't know if it makes any difference, but I use iTunes on a MacBook Pro and the Music app on my iPhone. I also subscribe to Apple Music and Music Match. I converted all my ripped from CD songs to 256kbps.

Re: Apple Deletes your MP3 files
I have started deleting podcasts, too, Mountaineer. Probably the best way.
However, I was angry when I went looking for one before I ever starting deleting, and it was gone. It's a defunct podcast, so I can never get it back.

Not the end of the world. Just something I wanted to send to a friend b/c I knew he'd appreciate it.
