Re: Epstein
Maybe with all the cameras and electronic transactions and such, this stuff just gets harder to hide as we go forward, which is good.
Re: Epstein
Not that I'd argue that prostitution and rape of minors is a good thing but....the loss of anonymity seems like it will be bad overall. Less freedom of expression, freedom of association, people less willing to speak out and express opposing views....Cortopassi wrote: ↑Sat Jul 13, 2019 7:40 pm this stuff just gets harder to hide as we go forward, which is good.
Better to let 10 guilty men go free and all that?
Re: Epstein
Epstein taught at the Dalton School, where he possibly assaulted his students. Interesting fact about Dalton:
"Tuition for 2019-20 in Grades K-12 is $51,350, which is among the lowest of our peer schools. At Dalton, the full cost of books, computers/tablets and lunch is included in the annual tuition."

What's certain is that the high-IQ, low-insight savants bent on a global technocracy are moving forward. The only viable defense to this, it appears, is for the surveilled to turn their technology against them. It's a less than satisfactory solution, but if 8x10 glossies of Bezos' private parts are what it takes to slow them down, then so be it.drumminj wrote: ↑Sat Jul 13, 2019 8:12 pmNot that I'd argue that prostitution and rape of minors is a good thing but....the loss of anonymity seems like it will be bad overall. Re: Epstein
Another one you just knew was coming. It took a while but they finally found a clip in their archives from 1992....

Talk about factual reporting. How do they know those two men were wealthy and why does that matter? You can't hear what they are saying but they "appear" to be discussing "young" women. I saw young women in that clip depending on what you mean by "young". I think I know what they mean to infer by the word "young" but I don't see any that appear under-age.The footage shows two wealthy men laughing and pointing as they appear to discuss young women dancing at a party.

We should all be cheering for that black dude in the middle, of course.Xan wrote: ↑Wed Jul 17, 2019 1:54 pmWell... Mostly.Kriegsspiel wrote: ↑Wed Jul 17, 2019 1:21 pm This might sound crazy, but I think NFL cheerleaders are hot, too.
There must be a name for those who don't clap loud enough but I'm having a hard time keeping up with all the names they come up for what's wrong with people like me.

Re: Epstein
Think about it, it makes sense. The guy finally gets what's coming to him and has a choice, almost guaranteed loss at trial and put in real prison, where I understand most people don't take kindly to pedophiles, or kill yourself.
You can imagine it all to be a conspiracy, but I personally think it is logical to at least think about killing yourself in this situation.
And, sure there is the option of someone on the outside paying off someone in prison to kill him to keep him quiet. Happens all the time in the mob, at least in movies and TV!
----------------------
"Two sources told NBC News that Epstein may have tried to hang himself, while a third source cautioned that the injuries weren't serious, questioning whether Epstein might have staged an attack or a suicide attempt to get a transfer to another facility.
Another source said that an assault hadn't been ruled out and that another inmate, identified by sources as Nicholas Tartaglione, had been questioned."

That's very offensive, kriegs.
It should read "a shock to Bill and me."

I saw a few guys playing dice in the street the other day. Only saw it in movies/TV before that! Of course, on screen it's usually accompanied by an armed hold-up, so I was thinking about that at the time, but nothing exciting happened. And, sure there is the option of someone on the outside paying off someone in prison to kill him to keep him quiet. If there's one weakness of the 4chan memelords, grammar is it.

Re: Epstein
You know the guy is in trouble when the moment I saw that #ClintonBodyCount is the top trending hashtag on Twitter I figured it was Epstein without even knowing the details. But in all fairness, he reminds me of the murder mystery plot where there are so many people with motive to kill the victim that the cops have no idea where to start.

Re: Epstein
Man, I hate to be a conspiracy theorist, but he killed himself? After apparently trying not long ago? Wouldn't he have been on a watch?
Too convenient.

He’s still alive. The joke is in the term “upcoming suicide.”Cortopassi wrote: ↑Sat Aug 10, 2019 8:40 am Man, I hate to be a conspiracy theorist, but he killed himself? After apparently trying not long ago? Wouldn't he have been on a watch?

It appears he succeeded the second time.

Re: Epstein
It doesn't take a conspiracy theorist to understand what's going on. You don't even have to think he was murdered rather than killed by his own hand to see the problem. This was entirely predictable and preventable, and the most prominent prisoner in the country with the goods on a lot of very powerful people died under federal supervision even after the first attempt failed. No matter how it ultimately went down, it stinks to high heaven.Cortopassi wrote: ↑Sat Aug 10, 2019 8:40 am Man, I hate to be a conspiracy theorist, but he killed himself? The question now is whether people just accept the outcome and shrug off the obvious widespread corruption or demand that every last person participating in, enabling, and covering up his crimes visit the same cell.

Re: Epstein
It's been a longtime since a death was so certain to fuel conspiracy theories.
