Ally investment account - $200 bonus

I got intrigued by this offer so I looked into it. It's a full fledged investment account linked to Ally Bank accounts, charging $3.95 for stock/ETF trades and $1 for bond trades. With that $200 bonus I could buy a T bill or something, then move the money back into savings and wait for them to come up with commission free options.
