Cheap printing?

I have a 439 page technical manual, actually the Schwab Street Smart Edge trading platform manual, I'd like it printed out and coil bound for cheap. What's the best place to do that kind of work? There are many places on the Internet, but does anyone have a recommendation? If someone else wants a copy of the same manual, we can make a group project out of it.
