My lady and I had dinner with Pointedstick last night and he raved about your books and podcast. Seeing as I quit my job and started a consulting business a few months ago, we're 6 weeks out from moving to SE Asia and in the middle of giving away everything that doesn't fit in a carry-on size backpack, I'm a rabid libertarian, and we're both experiencing something of an existential crisis: this recommendation couldn't have been more timely. I heard The podcast but didnt read the book.

Regarding furgallity and early retirement most things are common sense and a matter of creativity.
