- Ruins good communities and schools by deliberately filling them up with known troublemakers who have ruined their own communities

Yeah, East St. Louis is somewhat of a post-apocalyptic nightmare wasteland. Then again, you could say the same thing about Gary, Indiana which isn't quiiiiite in Illinois.

Chicago politics, the term "Chicago politics" is shorthand for corrupt to the core for a reason...

Illinois is just a nice fertile, mostly, piece of earth.  It's the inhabitants that vote the Chicago bozo types into office that I wonder about.
