The peanut butter was exceptional. Going back to peter pan has been difficult. Walmart is also out of stock now.

I have anywhere between 40 to 60 one-pound jars of it in my basement (plus about a dozen 26 ouncers).

Stop & Shop always has it but not always on sale which is when I clear the shelves of all the no salt, super chunky jars.

But you are giving me the opportunity to do my intended update on my latest use for that peanut butter.

I make a salad of:

onion
green pepper
canned dice tomatoes
olives
raisins
miniature cucumber
blend of greens
baby spinach
cauliflower
romaine lettuce
chopped up kosher dill pickle
mushrooms

Then my salad dressing is a mixture of:

Gulden's brown spicy mustard
Guacamole (which I buy already prepared)
HUGE amounts of THE peanut butter

The bonus is that is that this super large salad gets prepared by me in less than 10 minutes. Plus, it is far better than anything I'd get in a restaurant.

Great taste and the peanut supplies both fat and protein along with its great taste
