It would be fair to say that the Golden Butterfly Portfolio appears to outperform in times of prosperity with its 20% allocation to SCV.
However, if someone wished to optimise the portfolio to the other three economic conditions, what would replace the 20% SCV allocation?
Here are my thoughts, and bonus points go to good portfolio names
Inflation. The Bullion Butterfly - 20% Silver
Deflation. ? The Depressed Butterfly? - 20% EDV
Recession. The ? Butterfly - 20% TBills
