If I interpreted that analysis properly, there is an even more bizarre potential outcome.

A victory for Trump and Harris. The House could elect Trump as President and a Democrat controlled Senate could elect Harris as VP.
Likely? No. But possible according to the article.

Likely? No. But possible according to the article.
Yes, that could happen if there is no decisive result from the electoral college.
Before the 12th Amendment was ratified, that was the usual result.
