Oh man... I like it. And to keep this thread on track, I'll see if I can work it into an avatar sometime soon.

So it's about the size of a iPhone 3, and it's made of metal? Do you just put it in your front pocket or do you try to sit on it?

FWIW I've used the same wallet since I was about 12. It's held up remarkably well. In fact, it's one of the oldest items that I own. Perfectly molded to my buttcheek.
You there, Ephialtes. May you live forever.

I don’t know how big an iphone 3 is, but this is about the size of a credit card, with a thickness closer to a matchbook. One boxy one or two foldy ones.

Very cool looking. But aside form the RFID protection, how is this better that what I do, which is take my driver's license and one credit card with some cash and stick it in my front pocket? I mean, that has to be bulkier and heavier...
It's not going to beat that. But if you need a couple of cards, a driver's license and some cash, it makes the whole bundle more manageable. Plus, it's titanium. And I do like me some titanium.

Might be good for self defense in a pinch, stopping a stray bullet or blade. Can’t hit someone in the face with a few bills folded over a credit card. O0

More importantly, it is an excellent organizer for those of us who carry multiple cards, plus some cash.

Update on the super dooper Ti wallet.

The money clip part is pretty tight, and will only hold a few bills. I'm a big cash guy and carry a gangsta roll. I tried to bend the clip open a bit and it snapped off. Dang! Because I do so like the rest of the package. Back to square one...

I found it after googling "ipad wallpaper" and thought, I have to spread this one around.

As for the Ridge, I opted for the strap not the clip. (Yes, I chose my own gift). I wonder if they'll let you make an exchange.

This is similar to the RFD wallet I carry.
It does not allow me to carry a lot of crap in my wallet, and i don't care it it scratches or get banged up.

By the way, I did search for the original image to at least mention the artist's name or source site, but all I found was other people and sites who ripped it off, like I did.

The EXIF data for the image says "Copyright Apple Inc., 2017", and next to that it says "description: Display P3" (no idea what that means).

Mark, did you briefly have an avatar of yourself hiking with a woman — a striking resemblance — or did I dream that?

Edit: I don’t know why I wrote “mom” earlier, except that I was receiving updates from mine on her eye surgery. Scatterbrain, i am.

I did. A little mountain goat that spends her vacation time trying to kill me.
She's retiring next year. We're negotiating.

I met her 25 years ago on a hippy bus tour through Mexico. She was the driver and tour guide - and a commanding presence. As I was pretty much the only other adult in the crowd, we hit it off well. You have to take your time with these things...

Edit: Photo removed to reduce the chances that I am murdered in my sleep.

Love the avatar Tortoise. In that spirit, I heard in order to level the playing field, Ozzy Osborn was going to debate Biden. ;)
Thanks, Mountaineer! My previous pandemic-themed avatar was starting to show its age -- much like Biden. ;D

Just doing my part to get people revved up for the coming slaughter... er, debates.

"Want to take a hike?" (Literally "Climb a mountain together?")
It's just a show that my wife is watching. Very popular now.
It's about evil deeds, not mountain climbing.
