You know how a color on a screen never matches real life, anyway.

Imagine someone just googled to learn more about the pp.
Haven't read the book but Dr. Berry has been one of my main sources for info on the keto diet. He has a lot of Youtubes on the subject.vnatale wrote: ↑Tue Oct 27, 2020 4:49 pmHad never prior heard of it until now.Cortopassi wrote: ↑Tue Oct 27, 2020 4:13 pmMost of us are of the thinking in this book (I think). He covers everything in 4-8 page snippets. Things that I have otherwise read whole books on are nicely summarized here.
Like cholesterol, fats, wheat, food pyramid, salt, etc.

But bought it both based upon your recommendation and the seeing that it had 2,375 reviews which averaged 5 stars.
Thanks
This forum has been yet another source for me to become aware of books and then to buy them.

Plus, each monitor displays colors differently.
I cannot tell if the pun was deliberate or not!!! For what I know of you I'd have to say 60 / 40!
Prior to buying the book I read the first three pages of reviews. And, in those reviews there were several references to keto. I've read many references by all of you here. Have no idea what it is. But will once I read the book. It's high on my list of choices and probably will read it within the next week.pp4me wrote: ↑Tue Oct 27, 2020 6:45 pmHaven't read the book but Dr. Berry has been one of my main sources for info on the keto diet. Deliberate
Of course, I did not get it until the third time around! And, was still not certain which is why I had to ask.
Obviously mine has LOW sensitivity!
Thanks for the reminder!Smith1776 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 28, 2020 5:07 pmI am definitely noticing a much more subdued appetite since starting this new water regimen. I'm also staying disciplined with tracking every bit of my food and daily exercise. So far, so good.
I went on a coffee date last night with a girl who lives about 30 minutes away in the Abbotsford area. A nice girl who seems stable. She has two kids, and I'm not sure how I feel about that.
I'm also learning that wine is a truly fascinating topic. Thanks for that one, Hal. Matthew Mcconaughey says that he drank as much wine as he wanted when losing weight for his role in Dallas Buyers Club. (He apparently plays a guy dying of HIV/AIDS?)
About to hit the gym.
Pugs, your dating/marriage advice always seems rock-solid. You're a veritable guru.MangoMan wrote: ↑Wed Oct 28, 2020 5:30 pmIf you were 50 and divorced, that would be par for the course (ask me how I know). But at your age, dating single mothers is insanity. They are generally 'provider hunters' and you will always be the lowest of priorities for them. Find yourself another 'stable' girl who doesn't already have kids. This is standard advice/knowledge in the manoshere.
