Ha! I started that earlier tonight. Wasn’t in the mood, but I want to get back to it. I remember seeing the ‘82 film in the theater.

I just watched the Chapelle Netflix special the other day!

...I ended up going through his other specials too. Great work, though I still like Iliza Shlesinger a bit more.

She is utterly hilarious, and as far as stand up comedians are concerned, is my current favourite.

Outside of comedy though? She's made some comments during interviews (she has several Joe Rogan podcast episodes) that have made me think she's a little uncouth.

Either way, I enjoy her work. Her War Paint special on Netflix is my fav.

There are several thousand nearly complete viral genomes integrated into the human genome, most now inert or missing a crucial gene. These account for 1.3% of the entire genome. That may not sound like much, but 'proper' genes account for only 3%. If you think being descended from apes is bad for your self-esteem, then get used to the idea that you are also descended from viruses.

lol that Chapelle set is hilarious...

My favourite joke is when he tells the story of a vagrant that offers to perform unspeakables on him for five dollars.

He retches in total disgust and just says..... "Two."

Dave looks buff these days. Looks like he also gave up mooncakes and started hitting the gym.

Did he get fat? He was lean on Chappelle's Show.

BTW, Justified is a good show (it's on Prime, not Netflix).

If you guys haven't seen the Sarah Silverman special A Speck of Dust you should. It's also excellent.
