Kombucha
What is everyone's direct and/or indirect experience with kombucha? Let's hear some stories!

Re: Kombucha
I drink it, I like it. Started with the store-bought stuff, but there's a fermented-food stand at the farmer's market, so I buy from them.
What's an indirect experience? Like if someone drinks it and pukes on your shoes?

Re: Kombucha
Hmm, I'm pretty healthy. I'm not sure what can be attributed to this specific beverage, as I eat a lot of fermented food for health benefits. Also, shiitake, blueberries, etc. Things I like or can tolerate which purportedly are good for one's body.
I know some people take vitamins and then start to imagine that their fingernails are stronger than they used to be, but I feel pretty much the same.
I definitely have experienced no adverse effects from kombucha.

Re: Kombucha
I'm a bit off topic, MG, but there is one thing from which I can confidently say I draw benefits: fiber.
Not only does it make me feel better, I also think it is the secret to longevity.
