Mostly right. Relax zoning and drop rent control before asking the government to build housing. Remove unfair tax treatment. Also negative rates/financial repression forces savers into real estate and stocks. In China they could mostly only buy property. Now that real estate is imploding because of aging population, they're blaming "covid" for the unrest
