I still use a google spreadsheet pulling live prices. (Well, probably delayed 20 minutes, but not fixed).
Free, and does the job, but of course it only tracks the whole portfolio because I add everything up. Even made some nice pie charts.
You've probably considered and discarded Google Sheets, but..works for me.
9pm EST Explosions in Iran (Isfahan) and Syria and Iraq. Not yet confirmed.

alphatrackr.com is the best one I've found for manual tracking of a portfolio.
