Considering that lots of money is being invested by hedge funds using leverage, is the new normal to have huge volatility? For example, gold has dropped quite a bit in the last couple weeks. I wonder if it drops a little more, will it cause margin calls and a huge dump in price?
It has NO effect on how I will invest in the PP. It would perhaps even make the PP better because if gold experiences a huge dump, then perhaps another of the PP assets will jump.
