Did a Cash -> Stocks partial rebalance. Just enough to get the portfolio back within the bands.

I've set my future 403(b) contributions to be all stock, but haven't rebalanced yet.

Thinking about doing a bit of DCA Rebalancing today, but I guess it's need to do that soon.
