Re: The Party of Love is just getting started...
I don't hold grudges very long but I'm just so confused how people couldn't see how extremely flawed and borderline unstable Trump was...and why his lying, insulting, bullying etc was tolerated. No politician is perfect...I get it. One can find criticism of any leader...but Trump was in a league of...

https://i.imgur.com/CAVXjxv.png Gosh, this doesn't seem very "unifying" at all. It's known as a fine United States value. You have freedom and liberty. You had the choice to work for the Trump administration. Or, not. Future employers have the freedom and liberty to decide if they want as...

The fact that so many people treat elections like personality contests is the reason we get the politicians we deserve.

Re: Coronavirus General Discussion
Does anyone here follow Chris Martenson? He's an economist/toxicologist who for many months through the spring and early summer put out one oh-so-serious presentation after another about the "unprecedented" CoVid threat. It made me so exasperated that I tuned him out for several months. I...

Trump is a mean, bully , never lets a grudge go jerk. That is the single over-riding factor in my voting decision. Cortopassi, I have nothing but respect for you and the posts you have made on the forum. But I must say that this is one of the worst rationales for a voting decision imaginable. Takin...

He would have been wealthier if he had just invested Daddy's money in the stock market...the opportunity cost of running his 'real estate empire' has perhaps been billions...in other words he's a failure. I could go on and on but that's enough to disqualify him for me. What about the properties he'...

How do do explain the treatment by the Big Bad Main Stream Media in the Bill and Monica affair? They saw something there and they went at it relentlessly. Though Drudge leaked it first (I actually saw it when he first posted it)....it was all the work of Michael Isikoff of Newsweek, as mainstream a...

Re: Celebrating the end of the COVID-19 pandemic
So to claim that the pandemic is done is pretty much accurate. You could argue that epidemic conditions still exist in isolated pockets of the US, but that's really about it. If you stopped all PCR testing tomorrow and just let life go back to normal, I bet we wouldn't see anything particularly not...

Re: Well Duh - Mail in Voting Attack Backfires?
I’ve always thought voting machines should work like an 70’s-80’s style cash register. Voter records their vote on the machine, receives a paper receipt, and the same information is recorded on an internal paper tape. The votes could still be tabulated electronically, but there would be paper backup...

Re: Senate hearings on Facebook, Twitter
So far what these hearings are revealing to me is that the heads of Google, Twitter, Google are both far more honest and intelligent than are the senators that we have. And, why each of them are the heads of their organizations. These senators are just totally out of their depth in trying to match ...

Tucker Carlson / Tony Bobulinski Interview
As some of you may be aware, Tucker Carlson interviewed Hunter Biden’s ex-business partner Tony Bobulinski on his show last night. Bobulinski claimed that Joe Biden’s brother, Jim, said that he and Biden’s son were relying upon “plausible deniability” as they pursued a lucrative deal with a Chinese ...

You probably got lucky, pp4me. I have tried to sell bills/bonds several times. In one case I ran into a problem where I had bought a lot in an amount less than $10K, but the software insisted I needed to sell an amount of at least $10K. A few months later I was finally (after multiple attempts) abl...

Has anyone considered the possibility that *nothing* that any governing body has done has either promoted or prevented the spread of the virus? In other words, the spread of the virus is not anyone's fault. It's not Trump's fault, it's not Cuomo's fault, and so on. It's about the biology of epidemi...

As Gov Cuomo and his extensive PR team attempt to “reimagine” his response to COVID-19, here’s a Twitter thread to remind everyone what an epic fail it really was.
