Taylor's portfoliocharts site is an incredibly informative resource for seeing the expected range of performance of the PP and a good many other portfolios after 3 years. For the PP, the historic real CAGRs after 3 yrs is -0.4% minimum, 4.4% median and 11.2% maximum so really anything between a -0.4...

I think for some of us is would just be wise to stay out of the sausage factory.

This may be a combination of you-find-what-you’re-looking-for and/or fake news but I found this video more than a bit disturbing.

Agnostics aside, over the years it has been fun to see the range of what people think the various assets will perform in the upcoming year.

Actually, since 30% don't plan on having kids and by the time they are 58 their Boomer parents will have died leaving them their house and a sizable inheritance, being worth a million 20 years from now is pretty feasible.

"A break above the neckline" sounds like a hanging of gold investors... not to be confused with the usual guillotine approach...
