Tyler, awesome charts!...  There isn't a day that goes by where I am not glancing at a printout of one of your funnel charts!...  I find the funnel chart very soothing when the wheels seem to be flying off the wagon... I may be a little too simple-minded on this but if I post the Peak-to-Trough results of a HBPP allocation for the time I've been using it and post the resulting CAGR on Tyler's terrific PP real returns over time plot and it is within the bands shown for that time period, I conclude that there is not...

Tyler, I enjoyed your "Risk in the Real World" article but had a question....  It looks like you were comparing the risk of outcomes by either investing $2,000/mo in stocks and hoping you still had the average return in 20 yrs when you wanted it for college costs (but might have quite a bi...

This was the first post after I started my PP portfolio... 919 days ago...  According to PeaktoTrough, Ideally it has generated a 3% nominal return... which maybe on the low side of Taylor's incredible real return vs time plot...  However, the 3% is what my stable value fund was giving me so I am OK...

As I have mentioned before, if I had the programming prowess of Peak2Trough or many others on this forum, I would develop a program (like Peak2Trough) that you could put your start date and let it show you how your returns for that time period rank with similar time periods over the last 42 years......
