Where does the 10% come into play?

How much for moving help?

I hired the maintenance guy in my building to help load/unload. What would be a fair wage?

The skinny:

* Studio apartment
* 3 hrs total (1 hr load - drive time - 1 hr unload)
* Minimal stuff; heaviest item is futon sofa
