U-Haul Investors Club is not for short-term investors U-Haul Investors Club members cannot easily sell or trade their U-Notes...

Re: Podcast - Interview with Rick Ferri on Gold and the Permanent Portfolio

i doubt it hits $550 unless it hits it for a short period of time in an over correction after a bubble bursts,  and even then i wouldn't try to predict it happening and i don't have any strong convictions or certainty about it....

Re: Peeking, and the Permanent Portfolio

if you are holding the 25% TSM index or s+p 500 and especially if you the have a small part of that 25% in total international index, your pp should have as much diversification into peking as you need ;)

bogleheads forum for me as well... i had ended up with a boglehead style total stock market + total bond + cash + gold portfolio and the most of the + gold posters were pp enthusiasts Is that still your preferred portfolio allocation? Re: which coin?

i enjoy owning them just fine, but do feel a little burned by the dealer, i cant complain to much though, because buying gold led me to study investing, which led me to bogleheads, which led me to the pp, so in the long run i guess they have already payed off.
