M, I don’t know what that is. Do they use golden beets? I’ve had those in a sandwich at a restaurant. But, I’ve only had red beet borscht. I still find it very sweet.
Look at the sugar count on the wiki page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beetroot

Just google best modems for Comcast.
I really loved Google’s On Hub router while it lasted. Now I’m using Fios’ router and have nothing to recommend.

Beets! They taste way too vinegary to me.
Strange, as they are quite sugary.

I used to live in Thailand.
What I'm doing: paying utility bills, paying taxes. The utilities' websites are so broken; they don't make it easy.

I love borscht. I don’t know if that’s a stock photo or hers but it looks better than any borscht I’ve ever had.
I thought maybe you’d be introducing her to Hong Kong delights.

I recently found out via blood test that I’m lactose intolerant. I’m currently cutting out dairy to see the effect. Bye bye cheese. 🧀 :( ...

Gold Items On Sale

Not to be confused with the ‘Best Deals Right Now in Gold.’ This is not the best deal. There’s a French 20-franc rooster coin on sale at Apmex.
I usually stick with 1 oz bullion for investments, but I’m tempted to have one or a few to add to the collection.
Does anyone own a rooster?

5) I like the idea of cryptocurrencies and wish them the best. I just feel that governments are going to work to introduce their own versions and will ban all these other ones in some way to make them worthless for all practical purposes to the average person. This got me wondering how I feel about...

When did acknowledging that your institution is on “Located on Occupied and Unceeded XYZ Ancestral Homelands” become a thing? Is it anything other than empty virtue signaling? … I did hire an FA (Jon Luskin, who these days hosts the Bogleheads podcasts) for a one-time review. The value of it, for me, was pretty much entirely for non-portfolio stuff: things like making better use of HSA's for health insurance savings, re-thinking our Social Security claiming strategy, etc...

Wouldn't just a small cap (without any value tilt) allocation accomplish the same thing? I share the sentiment of wanting to tilt away from megacap growth stocks, but not the belief in value premium. Well, some see small cap growth as something to avoid, as it has the greatest share of companies mo...
