Any other Texans want to confirm?

Whats the motivation behind the pro-life folks. Are they really church goers? As a libertarian I dont get it but I want to at least empathize/understand

Id say they might create a boom for the election, but dunno if they'll ever lose again, with this new army of children(under 30s) on social media, martial law/lockdown option, and record immigrants.

Sound Money hasnt gotten much traction. The people who understand it give up and buy a bag of real assets. Or they end up a homeowner where the inflationary regime is mostly a benefit. Its not that AI is going to outsmart us, its that the easy jobs it might replace are important, they keep people in a routine and away from drugs. many smart people will choose to do nothing when they have UBI and social media.

I suppose screening for size is a bit of a quality filter. Slightly less likely to be a fraud-ridden company when over a certain size.

EDV down 33% since launch in 08. I backed up the truck early August at 3.3% 12-Month Yield. Today it's 4%. 5.17% SEC yield.

Trading it is pain. Can swing 2.5% in a day. Setting your limit order just outside the previous day's trading range is good enough I suppose.

Are we going to be Argentina or Japan? Failing states get very high inflation and rates. Japan has a closed border and stable deflationary culture.

In any event, PP theory holds until long bonds are at 0.

Past performance doesnt mean future results. There are thousands more investors throwing money into small value today than 20 years ago. Much more efficient markets.

Counter-narrative trading does tempt my brainstem tho. There's blood in the streets with long bonds

Re: Bond Yields and Withdrawal Rates

This a good time to buy bonds, but inflation is going to be persistently higher too. And we're in a deflationary world with a savings glut/surplus. ie why are you loaning anyone money? what are they going to do with it - that you cant - to add value.
