How do you post images?

Newbie here...  I can't seem to find out how you post images/pics/charts to your posts...

If anyone could point me in the right direction I would be much appreciative...

Thanks!

Re: Peak Oil, Population, and the Permanent Portfolio

Interesting look at the S&Peak lately... http://www.zerohedge.com/news/presenting-biggest-tradeoff-surging-stock-market IMO we are clearly at the end of cheap fossil fuel energy...  If you add the US defense budget to the cost of gasoline, we are way beyond cheap and I suspect we will never retu...

Jumping in the deep end of the pool...

As Medium Tex once said (in effect) to those standing around the pool, watching all the PPers splashing around and having "fun"', "Jump on in!...It may seem a bit cold at first but soon you will get acclimated and enjoy yourself (investment-wise)... It can be very "cold" ind...

Gray Swans on the horizon?

Which do you think is more likely/imminent and what short term/long term impact do you think either would have on the PP: 1. Israel bombs Iraq's nuclear facilities... 2. Greece officially defaults... I personally think both are an eventuality and also think either would be a significant test of the ...

Re: Putting your mouth in the money: What is your current allocation?

Right now about 25% of my investable assets are in a 4x25% taxable PP started the first of this year...  I have another 25% in cash and the remaining 50% in a 401k earning a pretty steady 3.5%/yr for the past 10 yrs... I am seriously thinking of converting the 25% cash position to a 4x25% taxable PP...

Re: My Idea for "Fixing" the Housing Market

Here is Mish's take on Obama's State of the Union address on the housing crisis: Obama: "And while Government can’t fix the problem on its own, responsible homeowners shouldn’t have to sit and wait for the housing market to hit bottom to get some relief. That’s why I’m sending this Congress a p...

Ship of Fools

This tradegy has so many ironies and parallels when you think about the world economy and the "ship of state" that the mind boggles: sinking ship, Italy, "unmarked rocks" that were obvious to virtually everyone, "tourist navigation system" on cruise control, arrogant, i...

Rule #17 in effect... Go to cash immediately!

Rule #17 : Your investment plan will fail as soon as you as you implement it... I started my PP allocation today with about 50% of my easily accessible investment assets (after trying it for a whole 18 days last year before succumbing to 3 different pundits admonishments to get out of the market!)....
