Thanks for replying @Tyler, I am sure I can learn things from you ;) First, the real CAGR for this portfolio from Jan 2002 - Dec 2017 is 4.98%. Your 5.5% number is from 2003-2017. So make sure you're comparing apples-to-apples on the start date. I took the 5.5% from your '15-yr Rolling returns' grap...
