Re: Bitcoin On The Move Again

It definitely doesnt replace gold in the PP. Im a bitcoiner but that simply makes no sense right now.

But it is a candidate for the variable portfolio.

Re: Bitcoin giveaway! :)

The show got me fired up to use my bitcoins, and maybe even buy some more. Ive routinely gotten 20%+ off purchases on amazon using purse.io. Check it out. Coinbase has a bitcoin debit card (Visa) that lets you spend your bitcoin pretty much anywhere. You can read more about it here https://blog.coi...

Re: Bitcoin On The Move Again

If you do not understand Bitcoin (#9) you should not invest absolutely. If you are curious, Id be happy to answer anything. Do you have a Vari...

Re: Bitcoin On The Move Again

Obviously it is volatile and highly speculative right now, no doubting that. Although I recall Harry said such things might be an ideal thing to be in the Variable Portfolio (if you wish to have one).

Would love to hear the concerns from those who think it is a scam or a rip off.

Re: Bitcoin On The Move Again

What is the consensus on Bitcoin in these forums?

Been reading up here for the past many months but do not have a good gauge for Bitcoin's standing.

Kudos to Mathjak for accepting the troubles of posting any changes here and the accountability of putting his money where his mouth is in a sense. Will be fun to watch!
