Re: H&R Block Tax Software now available

As soon as I have the time to work on my 2019 tax planning I want to have it. Therefore, I'm perfectly content to pay the $35 (but even MORE content to pay less at the time of purchase). The state version does not generally come available until at least January or at least later. Turbo Tax users. I...

Re: Do it yourself Will software

I'm with Maddy. If you are on this forum, and especially if you have kids, hire an estate planning attorney and set up a revocable living trust. It will cost around $2000 (for you and your spouse) now, but save a ton of money for your kids when you pass.

Re: The Lively HSA

The Ricketts Family owns TD Ameritrade, the Chicago Cubs and Wrigley Field, but I was being sarcastic in the previous post.

I've been using this successfully for ~4 years:

This looks really good. Do you know if it will import prior year's data file form HR Block?

Re: H&R Block Tax Software now available

It matters which version of the software you're looking at. This is the Deluxe. Does this handle schedule C and capital gains/losses? Looks like I need Premium for that, which comes at a price that's roughly similar to Turbotax with the Fidelity discount. Also does H&R block automatically import 10...

If Schwab buys TD Ameritrade today then Lively HSA gets thrown under the bus, because Schwab has no HSA offering... It will go from being the Lively HSA to the Dead HSA, unless Schwab begins offering HSAs.
Do they get Wrigley Field in the deal? ???

Re: The Permanent Tooth and Gum Care Regime

The difference is that you live in a small, ruralish town where there is less dentist competition, so providers can just refuse to participate in most PPOs. I practice in a suburb of Chicago where the competition is fierce, so basically everyone who wants to actually work participates.

Re: Privacy terms - Google Drive vs OneDrive

I have near-zero inbox in my gmail account with NO filtering except a few auto-deletes of spam. I have unsubcribed from newsletters and such that I don't have time or desire to read. Everything else stays in my inbox until I address it, which means read and then delete, archive, or take necessary a...

It is a 2 vaccine series, a couple of months apart. Pretty sure it's one and done.
