There is a proper World SCV ETF now: Avantis Global Small Cap Value UCITS ETF USD Acc (AVGS)

Still rather low fund size (170 m EUR) and rather high TER (0.39%), but might be interesting for those like me who have international portfolios with SCV (like GB).
