Harry Browne suggested making use of retirement accounts like this, (called IRA's in USA?). Honestly,...

More to the point, I share your amazement at the AI response. I wonder what would happen if its overlords became aware of that.

Re: U.S. And Israel bomb Iran?

I saw a little bit of Trump’s news conference today. It’s a beautiful war, and it’s ahead of schedule. We are doing this to help everyone, including China. We have the best military in the world. It’s amazing. Iran doesn’t have much of anything left. https://assets2.cbsnewsstatic.com/hub/i/r/2010/11...

I find it sickly, ironically humorous that the Iranian traffic/spy camera network was hijacked by the Israelis, and they used it to find and kill the Ayatollah.

Sources of oil for China.
Yes, and outside of the dollar system, too.
Can we add Libya to that list?
Probably so.

A year ago I read the case for Trump doing some kind of monetary reset involving a monetary use for gold. Weaker dollar, tariffs, etc. I think it said that gold would have to be $10,000 for it all to make sense. So that is what I voted. :)

Yes he does indeed O0 At least he hasn’t started any new forever wars. Let’s revisit that in a couple of weeks. I think you’re right DS. He wants to stop the expense. And then there is the Biden thing, and the Ukrainian role in the impeachment thing. He probably can’t wait to be rid of supporting their war. And he likes to brag about how many wars he has ended.

At least a couple of those are true.

A quick peek at a news story suggests that people had bought silver ETF(s) on margin, and the drop triggered margin calls. Which of course drive more selling.
