Could you restate that? I’m not sure if you’re saying your portfolio is low on cash or you have a small portfolio overall. Your portfolio size shouldn’t change things.
Hi

Removing cash the DD max increases but also the profitability, do you know how much?

… our house/apartment, our business, our future inheritance and other assets cannot be considered CASH or SHORT TERM BONDS? No way. frugal, one of the superpowers of cash is that you can use it immediately. It’s there. And when you sell it, you don’t sell it at a loss because a dollar is a dollar. ...

I kind of do 33 x 3 but use a total bond fund more like an intermediate bond fund. I also save cash separately.

It has had more volatility historically but a bit higher return.
Nice

👍

Where do you check return ?

What is the % difference of return and drawdown?

Hello 👋🏻

The PP without cash increases the risk and DD in a high percentage?

If we can rebalance with new fresh money, can we use 3xPP ?

I am in Europe 🤔

Kindest regards!

The year isn't quite over yet. I am quite happy with the result for 2023. Even the long-term bonds still deliver a conciliatory result at the end of the year. Overall I have a performance of +3.88% and an interest rate of 7.80% At the end of the year, some interest from the daily money will be adde...

In addition to asset diversification, the PP includes individual assets volatility diversification. Blending high and low volatility assets is part of the PP's engine design. It's a fine portfolio. Has the exact same Sharpe Ratio as the PP and gives you about 1.2% CAGR points a year more.

However, an even better portfolio is 50 stock and 25 each to LTTs and gold.
