Fantastic to hear your voice again Tenn. It's no mystery why Tex gave you a set of keys.

Re: Dwelling situation?

Seven years in and still living out of AirBnB's and Hotels. I wouldn't change it for the world. I'm in Las Vegas now. Heading to Redmond WA on Thursday, NYC on the 15th. Palm Springs, CA on the 22nd, Santa Rosa, CA on 2/7, Europe for Spring and then Hawaii in May.

Re: Perth Gold and Australia Fires

The fires are on the East Coast. Perth is on the West Coast. You can't imagine how large Australia is. You have to see it to believe it.

Re: WSJ import into Google sheets stopped working

The short answer is "no". My current hack: Every morning when I update my accounts, I open: https://www.wsj.com/market-data/bonds/treasuries In one tab of a browser. Using my cursor I manually select the table and then copy and paste it into a "Bonds Prices" sheet in my primary Google spread sheet. ...

The Mandibles by Shriver.

I'll bet a bunch of you would like this novel.
Thanks! I've read some of her other works and really enjoyed them. So much for that. Not 'great literature' but delightful fun and a pleasant romp through my confirmation bias. I'll load it up.

Re: Golden Butterfly Portfolio

Vinnie, you are really causing me to re-evaluate my world view. I've never met anyone in real life that can both think analytically and blabber as much as you do. It's a conundrum. My brain says you have to be doing only one or the other. But I can't tell which. Evidently, it is me that is broken. M...

And we look pretty damn good for a couple of old guys. Well your faith was strong but you needed proof You saw her bathing ...

Re: WSJ import into Google sheets stopped working

Stopped working for me also. I couldn't figure out how to get the data out of the WSJ page, so in the meantime, I've reverted back to pulling the data from Treasury Direct. =importhtml("https://www.treasurydirect.gov/GA-FI/FedInvest/todaySecurityPriceDate.htm","table",1) Unfortunately, it is only cl...
