Re: The power of intermittent fasting
Intermittent fasting has been shown to reduce the risk of cancer, increase longevity, improve brain health and aid weight loss. Mark's Daily Apple has a good series on IF which explains the benefits and recommends several methods that don't seem so onerous to me. http://www.marksdailyapple.com/why-...

Re: Roth IRA Contribution Withdrawals Paperwork?
I think this would be reported on the second page of form 8606. Check out the instructions for form 8606 on the IRS web site and see if this answers your question.

Re: 401k vs. Rollover IRA
Are there benefits of being in a 401k vs. a rollover IRA or vice versa? I am under the impression that a 401k is superior to an IRA for asset protection, but I haven't been able to confirm how it might be superior, so I may be misremembering. 401(k)'s have creditor protection under ERISA. So when...

Thanks! I will consider this.

Re: Dynamic asset allocation strategy through composite leading indicator
If, however, any one trading system actually consistently worked as advertised I don't know why everyone wouldn't start using it, which would of course cause it to immediately stop working. It would be nice if the people selling the trading systems would include this in their commercials. MT, Do y...

Has any one used Folio Investing, as mentioned in Josh's post? https://www.folioinvesting.com/ What do you think about it? Edit - Oh, I see there was already another post about this. In the words of Emily Litella "Never mind." http://gyroscopicinvesting.com/forum/http://77.104.139.218/~gy...
