Re: Coronavirus General Discussion

Because I'm in summer mode, I have been skipping over all of the invermectin stories and videos that keep showing up. So is it anyone's opinion/guess here that this treatment is doing a lot of good? I do realize that the US medical establishment and progressive political class in general is against...

Re: Coronavirus General Discussion

I didn't say anything was okay or not okay, just that a reason that the vaccine is being pushed may simply be because it works. "Pushed" being a euphemism for "coercion"? There are certainly ways to "push" without being what I would call coercive, but I suppose it's a fine line that others could dr...

Re: Coronavirus General Discussion

I think a good bit of the decision about whether to accept the vaccines or not comes down to whether you've had blue pill experiences or red pill experiences with modern medicine, government health recommendations, "health experts", etc. I had a health issue years ago that caused me to look deeper i...

Re: Coronavirus General Discussion

The second reason is just like everything: follow the money. Every dose of vaccine that is given means more money in the pockets of the pharmaceutical companies. I understand how that gets Biden and the Feds on board pushing vaccinations. But how does that move the needle on my local radio station ...

Re: Coronavirus General Discussion

There's been a spate of articles about myocarditis/pericarditis (inflammation of or around the heart) induced by the COVID vaccines....apparently the rates are particularly high in adolescents. Who, you may recall, have a vanishingly low risk of serious adverse effects from COVID. Many schools and ...

The seizure on Monday marked a first-of-its-kind effort by a new Justice Department task force to...

5. And finally, on Jan 2 2020 (pre-Covid) the LTT rate was 2.33%. Today it stands at 2.35%. There has been a huge dip and subsequent spike in there, but the long term picture, at least according to how the market currently values LTT, hasn't changed any appreciable amount over the last 17 months. Tomfoolery's method of sarcastically imitating his opponents seems to be catching on! It's getting so that every reader of this site needs to keep track of the true positions of every poster, or else it's hard to understand anything. It was mildly entertaining at first but it got tiresome a long ti...

In other news, based on the recent FOIA dump it would appear that Fauci is going down fast. But it's probably just as likely he'll be promoted.

Re: Reasons why I will not be getting injected for the Wuhan

Indiana University had mandatory mitigation testing during the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semesters. Everyone had to be tested twice a week. They have done hundreds of thousands of tests and built their own labs to process the results. The average weekly positivity rate in 2021 for the main campus in...

Rebalance to put your stock allocation just enough below your threshold that you can put it off for a while. Your definition of “a while” will determine how far to go.

Supposedly the drop in crypto is due to China's moves to ban financial and payment institutions from providing cryptocurrency services. Could just be a temporary drop and perhaps Tesla is in it for the long term.

Re: Masks Revealed as the Political Symbol They Are (And Have Always Been)

I read something yesterday that says Lefties will continue to wear masks just as rabid righties wore MAGA hats. It's actually a good analogy. Even tho I lean right, you'd never catch me in a MAGA hat. Just a bunch of silly virtue signalling. People wearing MAGA hats were expressing support for a pe...
